Thanksgiving Camp
Make the Thanksgiving break an adventure! Thanksgiving Camp gives students the chance to explore, learn, and experience something different during their school break. This special camp combines history, research, exploration, hands-on activities, and local field experiences. Campers will spend time exploring the USS Hornet, discovering WWII history, visiting nearby San Francisco and Oakland attractions, enjoying outdoor activities, and working together on a creative research project.

Camp Highlights: • Explore the historic USS Hornet • Learn about WWII history and naval aviation • Hands-on research and discovery activities • Explore San Francisco and the Bay Area • Visit historic sites and museums • Outdoor and waterfront activities • Photography and documentation • Student presentation at the end of camp
