Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or registering for a CP Mentorship program, camp, or event, you agree to these terms. If you're registering a minor, you're confirming you're their parent or guardian and accepting these terms on their behalf.

Program registration and payment

Registering for a camp, program, or the mentorship track may require a fee, a completed application, and supporting documents (such as a signed consent form). Availability isn't guaranteed until registration is confirmed. Refund and cancellation terms are set out on each program's own registration page.

Conduct

We expect everyone using this site or participating in our programs — campers, mentees, parents, and volunteers alike — to treat other participants and staff with respect. We may suspend or remove access to our programs or site for behavior that endangers or harasses others.

Content and intellectual property

Text, images, and other content on this site belong to CP Mentorship or are used with permission, unless otherwise noted. You may share our public content for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

Disclaimers

We aim to keep this site and our program information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free. Physical activities at our camps and events carry inherent risk; participation is subject to the waivers and consent forms provided at registration.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
